   Market Sqaure is the heart of the ancient Lviv, located in the center of the city.

   Historical center of Lviv and Market Square belongs to the UNESCO world heritage.

   There is a City Hall located right in the centre on the square. There is a number of famous religious buildings and popular coffee shops and restaurants with lots of summer terraces which are worth to visit. 

Zolochiv castle

    Zolochiv Castle - castle, historical and cultural monument of national importance. It is located in Zolochiv town, in the Lviv region. Zolochiv castle is an old castle which over its history has been a royal residence, a prison, and an educational establishment. Zolochiv Castle is a masterpiece of defensive architecture. The history of the Zolochiv Castle is very interesting and rich in historical and romantic adventures.

Lychakiv cemetery – one of the oldest and most luxurious memorial cemeteries is located in Ukraine in Lviv. Its area is more than 40 hectares, and a list of known public and cultural figures who are buried here, is thousands of people. Lychakovsky necropolis is one of the tourist delights of Lviv and the most famous cemetery in the city.

The High Castle

The High Castle Park – an old shady Park on the hill that dominates the city with the ruins of an ancient castle and a viewing platform with the breathtaking views. The observation deck is located at an altitude of 413 meters above sea level. It is the highest point of the city.

Kryivka restaurant in Lviv

Museum of National Folk Architecture and Rural Life "Shevchenkivskyi Hai"

"Shevchenkivskyi Hai" - one of the most famous museums of Lviv, a popular place of recreation citizens and guests of the city. It introduces visitors to rural architecture and lifestyle of past centuries. Museum of folk architecture and life in Lviv is an open-air museum where you can learn about life of Ukrainians. Today on the territory of the Museum is located eteson 124 monuments, which are United into 54 farmsteads. The Museum has four exhibition halls. Two of them have the permanent exhibitions.

   Lviv Opera House is one of the best theaters in Central Europe and Ukraine. There were outstanding soloists of the twentieth century on the stage , and among them Solomiya Krushelnytska – the pride of Ukraine.
   The theater is the key attraction of the city for its architectural and historical uniqueness. Due to its high level of performances is included in the international Association of 'Opera Europa' – the only among theaters in Ukraine.
The Palace of Counts Potockis.

The Palace of Counts Potockis – is a vivid example of palace architecture of mature historicism, one of the most interesting architectural monuments and unique monuments of ancient architecture of the city in Lviv and Ukraine in general. This is a palace of a noble Polish family Potocki, uncrowned king skirts. It is similar to the French palaces, executed in classical style.


The Dominican Church in Lviv

The Dominican Church, now the Greek Catholic Church of the Holy Eucharist, is the biggest Baroque Church in Lviv and one of the most beautiful in the city, makes a lasting impression on modern tourists both day and night. A magnificent building of a baroque architecture with an interesting past will charm its hard-mystical beauty and original sculptures.

Olesko Castle

     The Olesko castle is one of the oldest building in western Ukraine and one of the best-known castles that had been reconstructed from ruin. Olesko Castle is a fascinating attraction to visit, that has really rich history of his structure. It is an architectural and historical monument of the XIII-XVIII centuries, located in the village of Olesko, Busk district of Lviv region.

The Chapel of the Boim family

   The chapel of Boim family is a famous landmark of the late Renaissance, which has no analogues not only in Ukraine but in European architecture. The chapel of Boim family is unique for Lviv and Ukraine, the family tomb of the patricians of the Boim family from Hungary. One unique feature of chapel is that it has an exclusive sculpture of Jesus Christ.

Pidhirtsi castle

    The castle in Pidhirtsi is an outstanding historical and architectural monument of Ukraine from the XVII century. This luxurious, heavily fortified Renaissance palace is one of the best preserved, famous, and most attractive castles in western Ukraine. Pidhirtsi castle - one of the best in Europe samples of a combination of the imposing palace with bastion fortifications.
